All software, algorithms, and formatting methodologies developed by Submiora remain the exclusive property of Submiora Format Alignment Ltd. Clients retain all copyright and ownership of the original content and the final aligned output provided upon full payment of services.
3. Submission Guidelines
Documents must be submitted in approved digital formats.
Users are responsible for ensuring data integrity before upload.
Prohibited content includes any materials that violate UK law or infringe on third-party rights.
4. Limitation of Liability
While Submiora employs rigorous precision checks, we do not guarantee acceptance of documents by third-party institutions. Submiora's total liability for any claim arising out of the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Institutional accuracy is a collaborative effort; final review remains the responsibility of the author.
5. Termination of Service
Submiora reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
